INFORMATION FOR COLLEGE REPRESENTATIVES
2011
College Fairs of Greater Denver Inc. is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet with high school students and parents from the Rocky Mountain region. Our Fairs draw an audience from the greater Denver area as well as mountain towns and the state of Wyoming.
In order to insure the highest quality of information, we have a policy that only allows a paid admissions officer to represent your institution. Alumni may be used to assist the officer. If this policy is abused, the person representing the college will be asked to leave.
Participation by colleges and universities is by invitation only. Registrations will be accepted in the order received. Space for the College Fair Nights is limited to approximately 200 schools. Space for the Saturday College Fair and Workshops is limited to approximately 250 schools.
If you are not already among those schools invited to our fairs, you may request an invitation by contacting our Coordinator by e-mail or letter not later than June 15. Registrations received from new invitees will be considered beginning August 1.
No college or university registration will be accepted after September 15, 2011. A 50% cancellation fee will apply between August 1 and September 15. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after September 15.

Monarch High School will provide a light supper prior to the Wednesday Monarch Fair. Please plan to arrive in time to enjoy the meal. The public will be allowed into the gym area promptly at 6:30pm.
All representatives are invited to attend the reception at Colorado Academy, Thursday afternoon before the John F. Kennedy Fair. Food and beverages will be provided. Please come, relax and enjoy! The public will be admitted to the Kennedy gym area at 6:30pm, so please leave Colorado Academy in time to check in and set up. Please use the map on our website as a guide to the two sites.
