Out-of-State College Nights
Admissions officers from approximately 200 out-of-state colleges meet with high school students and parents. Personal contact allows participants the opportunity to get the most up-to-date information on colleges. Because gymnasium space is limited, participation by colleges is on an invitation-only basis. Colleges are located in gymnasiums in alphabetical order. Handicap access and assistance is provided.
Saturday College Fair and Workshops
Approximately 200-240 in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities provide information tables and workshop sessions on subjects relating to the college process. See the 2011 Workshop Sessions Schedule below. College admissions officers are located in gymnasiums in alphabetical order. Concurrently, one-hour workshop sessions are held in classroom settings. These programs are open to students as well as parents. Presenters are skilled education professionals. In resource areas, organizational information on programs such as ROTC programs, financial aid information, etc. is available. Handicap access and assistance is provided.
